UpTech Solutions Ltd’s (sub company of Magnito Digital) venture ESPL Bangladesh initiated its journey in July 2020. The mission of ESPL Bangladesh is to convert bedroom gamers to professionals. Esports Players League (ESPL) is a global esports network for players to connect and nurture their skills from bedroom casuals to esports champions.

• Led ESPL Bangladesh grassroot tournament project with 16 esports tournaments every month with a prize pool of $200 each.
• Hosted over 90+ tournaments and distributed prize pool of $19,000+ during my contract period.
• Successfully broadcasted over 50+ tournaments on various social media platform.
• Worked with 15+ gaming communities and moderators.
• Engaged over 5000 gamers in ESPL tournaments.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

1. Introduced grassroot esports tournaments in Bangladesh.
2.  Engaged casual tournaments to bring professional gamers and casual gamers in the same platform.
3.  Built a strong team of community admins to represent BD gaming scene
4.  Was a community representative to introduce gaming to mainstream brands.

• It's Humanity Foundation is focused on enhancing human well-being and extending opportunities to the underprivileged, both individually and collectively by providing core education and essential life skills. 

• Assisted in sponsoring organization’s goals through participating in the overall development and execution of communication tactics.

• Developed strong media ties to confirm widespread outreach to public and business partners.

• Developed all contents for internal and external communication including virtual space.

• Oversee all the creative inputs on company’s communications and publications.

  1. Worked in a first of it's kind project "Chakar School", The School on the Wheels, is an initiative of Its Humanity Foundation (IHF). This is the first kind of digital mobile school, which aims to work for street children who may be engaged in activities that may derail them from constructive earning practices in the future (begging, street crimes, etc.).
  2. Worked on "Sponsor A Child" program. It's student sponsorship program by IHF through which.
  3. Worked with Digital Learning for the underprivileged students.
  4. Developed content and promotional plan for Winter Campaign 2021 & Zakat Campaign 2022.
