Experienced and data-driven, I am Ahmad Sakib Sadman, a Marketing/Tech Operations Specialist with a strong background in developing and executing successful operational strategies. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), I have honed my skills in Salesforce CRM, email marketing, product management, and data analytics tools like SQL, Power BI and more.
In my current role at Therap BD Ltd. as a Marketing Operations Specialist, I excel in managing systems, implementing automations, and driving case and opportunity management through Salesforce CRM. I have led a data analytics team to generate insightful reports on company growth and performance metrics. My expertise extends to utilizing email marketing strategies for targeted campaigns and deriving actionable insights for optimization.
Previously, at ESPL Esports as the Players League Operations In-Charge, I managed grassroots esports tournaments with significant success, engaging a large gaming community and distributing substantial prize money. Additionally, my experience at It's Humanity Foundation (IHF) as an Officer in Partnership & Communications allowed me to develop compelling digital content and secure donations through strategic communication plans.

UpTech Solutions Ltd’s (sub company of Magnito Digital) venture ESPL Bangladesh initiated its journey in July 2020. The mission of ESPL Bangladesh is to convert bedroom gamers to professionals. Esports Players League (ESPL) is a global esports network for players to connect and nurture their skills from bedroom casuals to esports champions.
🔹 Led ESPL Bangladesh grassroot tournament project with 16 esports tournaments every month with a prize pool of $200 each.
🔹 Hosted over 90+ tournaments and distributed prize pool of $19,000+ during my contract period.
🔹 Successfully broadcasted over 50+ tournaments on various social media platform.
🔹 Worked with 15+ gaming communities and moderators.
🔹 Engaged over 5000 gamers in ESPL tournaments.
