UpTech Solutions Ltd’s (sub company of Magnito Digital) venture ESPL Bangladesh initiated its journey in July 2020. The mission of ESPL Bangladesh is to convert bedroom gamers to professionals. Esports Players League (ESPL) is a global esports network for players to connect and nurture their skills from bedroom casuals to esports champions.

  • Led ESPL Bangladesh grassroot tournament project with 16 esports tournaments every month with a prize pool of $200 each.
  • Hosted over 90+ tournaments and distributed prize pool of $19,000+ during my contract period.
  • Successfully broadcasted over 50+ tournaments on various social media platform.
  • Worked with 15+ gaming communities and moderators.
  • Engaged over 5000 gamers in ESPL tournaments.
